As authorised distributors for global brands, we ensure that our products are authentic and genuine, including correct packaging, certifications, and invoice details. We also address technical or manufacturing defects in our products. We ensure they are addressed through the right communication chain and resolved responsibly by manufacturers and us. 

How do you ensure integration between the low-voltage switchgear and linking components to offer clients electrical and automation solutions?

As a comprehensive solution provider, we understand our customers’ needs and work with leading brands to provide comprehensive solutions. We aim to understand their goals and requirements, addressing their complete inquiry with electrical drawings for machinery design. We consider power, controlling requirements, automation scope, and application-based requirements. We also consider the allocated budget for machinery, selecting advanced products based on this. We ensure that clients have clarity while purchasing goods, allowing them to make educated selections. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive solution for each of our clients.

How do you differentiate your services to attract clients amidst the competition in the market?

With a team dedicated to innovation, we explore fairs and attend seminars to explore the latest technologies displayed. It allows us to learn more about how to handle circumstances creatively. In what ways do you address the challenges faced in the commissioning of projects undertaken?

With our communication-capable and connected solutions, we can remotely monitor, control, and troubleshoot our panels and electrical systems without needing physical workforce movement in case of breakdowns. This saves costs and crucial time in such situations. Digitisation made this happen for all of us. Remote monitoring is one feature that makes things easier. We recommend our clients use remote monitoring and control devices for enhanced efficiency.

Please discuss electrical retrofitting projects to upgrade obsolete electrical installations for machines and panels. 

We recently completed a retrofitting project in a DLF mall, replacing eight ACBs and servicing LT panels. Retrofitting and service increase the life of the installation and reduce any potential risk of failure in the coming years. They also extend the installation’s lifespan and minimise potential failure risks, as they minimise the impact on facilities like malls, hospitals, and business towers due to possible electrical fault downtime. We are committed to conducting maintenance and retrofitting activities for our clients to prevent electrical fault stresses.
