Balluff India inaugurates new head office premises on their 5th Foundation Day

Balluff India celebrated its 5th Foundation Day by inaugurating a 16,000 sq. ft. head office in Pune, featuring tech-advanced facilities to enhance customer service and support.

Balluff India, a global leader in automation solutions, marked a significant milestone on 2nd May 2024 as it inaugurated its new head office premises in Pune, coinciding with the celebration of its 5th Foundation Day. The inauguration ceremony was attended by esteemed guests, including Chief Guest Rajesh Nath, Managing Director of VDMA India, Florian Hermle, Managing Director of Balluff Worldwide, Thomas Sattes, Regional Sr. Vice-President for Balluff APAC, and Dr. Uday Bhalchandra, Managing Director of Balluff India.

Located strategically in the heart of Pune, the new office spans an impressive 16,000 sq. ft., designed to provide convenient access to an esteemed clientele of Balluf, fostering closer relationships and enhanced support. Beyond its spacious layout, the office features state-of-the-art facilities, including a Technical Centre, Training Center, Experience Center, dedicated Recording/Webinar Studio, and ample workspace to accommodate the expanding team.

The new premises boast the following facilities:

Technical Centre: Equipped with the latest products, solutions, and expertise, the Technical Centre serves as a hub for providing service support to customers across India.

Training Centre: Committed to staying ahead of industry trends, Balluff offers regular training sessions to upskill customers on the latest product operations and technologies, empowering them to optimize their operations effectively.

Recording Studio: With the aim of maintaining seamless communication with customers, the Recording Studio facilitates the creation of informative webinars and updates on cutting-edge products and technologies.

Experience Center: Delve into the innovative hub, where visitors can experience firsthand the latest products and technologies through interactive demonstrations and presentations. The Experience Center offers insights into the practical implementation of Balluff’s solutions, including IO Link Solutions, Condition Monitoring Solutions, and other products from the portfolio.

APAC & Global Support Functions: Aligned with its growth trajectory, Balluff India is dedicated to seizing opportunities and scaling up operations to support APAC & Global countries from its new premises.

Dr Uday Bhalchandra, Managing Director of Balluff India, discussed the company’s decision to enter the Indian market while emphasising the importance of engaging with customers and focusing on critical applications.
