Firstly, the Variation of Application and their Variant in recent times are more and to do it manually huge Set up time required, to reduce this set up time and to increase the volume welding automation used robots but skilled manpower must be utilised. We should upgrade them with new skill of programming these robots so that the skilled manpower in welding field will not be divested from their respective job but motivated by new technologies.
