Otto Fuchs KG is producing more and more aluminium chassis components for its customers in China. For this reason, the automotive supplier has now ordered a PK 3150 crank forging press with ServoDirect technology from Schuler for its Shenyang location. This is already the fifth machine of this design for Otto Fuchs.
Schuler Managing Director Frank Klingemann remarked, “This shows how satisfied our customer is with the crank forging presses. Thanks to the ServoDirect technology and the adjustable slide movement, the number of strokes and the forming speed can be optimally adapted to the part,” he explains. “This increases output and improves energy efficiency.”
