A future-ready fabrication division for desired cutting operations

In-house developed tools power Jindal Aluminium’s new Fabrication division, another value-added offering. Equipped with four-axis machining Centers and automated Sawing Machines, it tackles challenges in engineered aluminium fabrication, ensuring maximum precision and efficiency.

The foundation of the fabrication division is based on state-of-the-art machinery and equipment fuelled by a team of skilled employees with more than a decade of experience in cutting, punching and operating four-axis machines. It aims to tackle challenges associated with engineered aluminium fabrication.

The Four Axis Machining Center by the company is equipped with cutting-edge technology, facilitating operations such as drilling, slot milling, angle drilling, tapping, pocket milling, and grooving. Its automated sawing machines, including the FOM Industries Mirage 600 and Panda 400, ensure precise, high-speed and highly efficient cutting operations. The Single Head cutting saw offers a versatile range of cut lengths, while the punching machine, featuring an in-house designed punching die tool and an auto-feeding system, will provide services such as slot punching, pocket punching, and hole punching. This ensures maximum precision and efficiency in carrying out the desired cutting operations. From automatic straight cutting to slot punching and drilling, every mechanical operation is precisely calibrated to deliver excellence at every step of production.
