Established in 1987, Ganpathy Alloy Casting is an ISO 9001:2000 certified Company and engaged in manufacturing and exporting of spheroidal graphite iron rolls and adamite rolls.

Double Poured Indefinite Chill Roll (DPIC): The Company produce double pour indefinite chill roll by centrifugal casting. This is an innovated casting method and remains free from pin holes and cracks. The surface of these roll gives uniform hardness and deep hardness, which are indispensable for the high quality chill roll.
Spheroidal Graphite Iron Rolls (SGI): Spheroidal graphite cast iron (SG Iron) or ductile iron is considered as one of the most versatile roll metiral now-a-days. Rolls have greatly improved properties, including high tensile strength of more then 40kg/mm2 compard to that of 20-30 Kg/mm2 of cast iron. These are specifically good for small section and flat rolling. These rolls are most suitable for heavier section where added strength and depth of hardness are required. Stand cast acicular S.G iron is used for certain special purpose rolls. e.g. Pilger rolls.
Adamite Rolls: These rolls are special hyper-eutectoid steel rolls alloyed with nickel, chromium & molybdenum. The extra carbon and special alloys give it extra wear resistance and strength. These rolls are statically cast and undergo a special high temperature heat treatment process followed by tempering cycle to give a micro structure consisting of fine pearlitic matrix with spherodised/ broken carbide. All these rolls are suitable for rolling medium and heavy sections where resistance is very important along with considerable amount of strength and toughness.
