The design of the system is such that consistent dough is assured by closely monitoring and controlling all input raw materials and subjecting all particles of the dough to the exact same mixing and kneading effect. Another advantage is mixing of powders and liquids in different proportions. At any given time, the amount of dough remaining in the mixing unit is minimal and therefore start up, shut down and changeovers are accomplished very quickly thus saving time. Low operating cost is achieved due to savings in labour, electricity and wastage. Improved feeding time is achieved due to the continuous availability of dough. Thus higher productivity is achieved than in the batch mixing. All parts of the system that come into contact with the raw material are fabricated out of food grade stainless steel. The equipment is designed in such a way as to allow easy cleaning.
