By OEM Update Editorial October 18, 2022 12:40 pm IST
Discussions will revolve around furthering the understanding of joint designs(as a means of compensating for different material properties).
The Automotive Joining High Volume Production.com conference makes it’s long-awaited return as an in-person event this November at Birmingham, United Kingdom. Renowned globally for hosting the most OEM-led congresses all of which are designed carefully in conjunction with VPs, Directors and Managers in the relevant discipline every year to ensure the most practical knowledge is exchanged at every event.
Building on the success of our most Global Automotive Lightweight Materials, Sustainable Lightweight Materials and Lightweight Materials Manufacturing events (GALM Series), Battery Electric Vehicles Architecture (BEVA Series) and LCA & Sustainable Vehicles virtual conferences, American Business Conferences are pleased to announce the launch of the Automotive Joining High Volume Production m, part of the GALM series of events.
Encouraging Solution-Based Thinking And Answers To Multi-Material Joining Challenges
Discussions will revolve around furthering the understanding of joint designs(as a means of compensating for different material properties). More specific talks will focus on detailed examples, such as material joining as a means of developing new adhesives, primer and surface pre-treatments for automotives. And some hyper-specific contexts will also be explored, for example material joining as a means of balancing durability, thermal conductivity and functional form in electric vehicle batteries. Thus, this event will give a very balanced and thorough understanding of material joining across all levels.
With high quality presentations and case studies being delivered by several OEMs, participation at this important industry event looks set to reach record levels this year.
