Wipro Hydraulics opens a manufacturing facility in Jaipur to deliver hydraulic cylinders

The facility is equipped with advanced technology, including automated production lines, robotic arms, a paint line, and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) for material movement.
Wipro Hydraulics, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering’s hydraulic cylinder and component manufacturing company, disclosed the launch of a state-of-the-art facility in Mahindra World City, Jaipur. This is Wipro’s first hydraulics manufacturing facility in Northern India, and it supplies hydraulic cylinders to customers globally.
The plant was inaugurated by Bhajan Lal Sharma, Honourable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, and Azim Premji, Chairman, Wipro Enterprises, along with Deepak Shetty, CEO & MD, JCB India, and Pratik Kumar, CEO, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering & MD, Wipro Enterprises.
The company has invested approximately INR 250 crores to set up this facility, which is projected to generate around 400 jobs. This cutting-edge manufacturing facility is equipped with all the critical-to-quality processes under one roof and is designed to meet the stringent requirements of our global customers.

The new facility is equipped with next-generation technology, including automated production lines, robotic arms, a highly advanced paint line, and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) for material movement. We also have built in advanced laser beam and IR sensors for improvements in safety and quality in the processes.
With the addition of its first manufacturing facility in North India, Wipro Hydraulics now has a manufacturing footprint across four cities in India: Jaipur, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hindupur (Andhra Pradesh), dedicated to producing hydraulic cylinders with a total of 16 facilities globally.
