Phillips Machine Tools India (PMT) has become the official service partner for EOS in India, The partnership, effective 1st January 2025, will ensure seamless support for existing EOS customers and uphold the superior service quality customers have come to expect.

This strategic collaboration strengthens Phillips’ commitment to delivering world-class services to EOS’ valued customers, ensuring seamless support and operational efficiency. 

Enhanced team collaboration and service excellence

To streamline operations and elevate customer experiences, the EOS India team has been realigned to enhance collaboration and improve service delivery. Effective 1st January 2025, Phillips Additive, a division of Phillips Machine Tools India, has taken over as the certified service partner for EOS, ensuring a smooth transition for all customers in India. This partnership is built on a shared commitment to maintaining the highest standards of EOS-certified service while adhering to compliance requirements.

Phillips Additive’s robust infrastructure and expertise will ensure uninterrupted support for existing EOS customers. The collaboration is designed to enhance operational efficiency and uphold the superior service quality EOS customers have come to expect.

While Phillips Additive assumes the mantle of service excellence, EOS GmbH will continue to lead technological advancements and foster the large-scale adoption of additive manufacturing (AM) technologies across India through EOS India.
