Oerlikon bags Platinum quality excellence award for innovative solutions

Oerlikon Balzers receives Platinum Quality Excellence Award and GreenCo Certification. These awards recognise Oerlikon Balzers’ contribution towards an ecologically sustainable business model and to improving the customer experience by providing quality goods and services in India.

Oerlikon Balzers’ customer centre in Pune achieved Silver Certification under the GreenCo (Green Company Rating) System on 12th October. This is awarded by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and lasts for three years. Oerlikon Balzer’s management is committed to contributing to a “Better Life for the Future” and decided to obtain GreenCo certification as part of its sustainability initiative. The company has introduced a Green Company Rating System for this purpose, and a system assessment was carried out by the CII team in September 2020. The highly detailed and in-depth evaluation process included an assessment, site audits and final analysis and review by a jury panel.
