Naxnova has acquired Advanced Thermal Technologies (ATT), an Austrian pioneer in heat management solutions. The acquisition intends to speed product development, broaden market reach, and open up new avenues for collaboration and partnership.
Naxnova, a global leader in surface augmentation and technology solutions, formerly known as Classic Stripes, disclosed its acquisition of Advanced Thermal Technologies (ATT), an Austria-based pioneer in thermal management solutions. This strategic acquisition, which follows the acquisition of Belgium-based Quad Industries, is another key step forward in Naxnova’s expansion plan, strengthening their commitment to providing innovative solutions to customers globally.
ATT has established credibility for designing, developing, and manufacturing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Sensor and Camera Heating Solutions, Vehicle Cabin Solutions, Battery Heating Solutions, Battery Diagnostic Solutions, Seat Sensing & Heating Solutions, and more, serving a wide range of industries including automotive, aerospace, retail, and construction.
