A German compressor distributor has joined the Atlas Copco Group

Druckluft-Technik-Nord GmbH has sold all operating assets to Atlas Copco Group, which will integrate them into the Compressor Technique business area’s Service division.

Druckluft-Technik-Nord GmbH, a compressor distributor in Bald Oldesloe, near Hamburg, has sold all of its operating assets to Atlas Copco Group.

The company employs 18 people and provides sales and servicing for compressed air technologies. The acquisition price was not disclosed. The purchased business is integrated into the Compressor Technique business area’s Service division.

“The acquisition will extend our service and sales offering in the region of Hamburg in Germany,” said Vagner Rego, Business Area President, compressor technique.
