Wipro Hydraulics expands global reach with the acquisition of Mailhot Industries

Wipro Hydraulics is acquire Canadian-based Mailhot Industries, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. Established in 1956, the acquisition includes JARP Industries, a part of Mailhot Industries, which specialises in refuse trucks and snow removal equipment.
Wipro Hydraulics, the hydraulic cylinders and components manufacturing business of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, disclose it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mailhot Industries, a Novacap portfolio company, headquartered in Quebec, Canada, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals.
Mailhot Industries, a North American leader in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing, has acquired JARP Industries, a custom hydraulic and remanufactured cylinders leader for sectors like utilities, mining, defense, and oil & gas. Established in 1956, Mailhot Industries specializes in refuse trucks and snow removal equipment, known for their reliability in demanding work environments.
