Intech Additive Solutions showcases its 2nd Gen Metal 3D Printer at IMTEX 2023

The 2nd Gen Metal 3D Printer has improved operational safety, reduced human interventions, and additional features like compact design, dual lock safety, and butterfly valves with automatic control for filter changes without pausing the run.
Intech Additive Solutions, a true-blue pioneer in the Indian Additive Manufacturing arena, is demonstrating its 2nd Gen iFusion150 Metal 3D Printer at IMTEX 2023 from 19th and 25th of January. The 2nd Gen Metal 3D Printer has improved operational safety, reduced human interventions, and additional features like compact design, dual lock safety, and butterfly valves with automatic control for filter changes without pausing the run.
The iFusion150 comes equipped with a 500-watt laser that can also go for upgrades to either 700W or 1000W laser with a 150mm x 180mm build volume, which is the largest in its segment.
In 2017, the company created the world’s first parameter optimization software called AMOptoMet, and in 2020, they built India’s first Metal 3DPrinter iFusionSF1 and AMBuilder Software. They introduced the large-format machine in 2021, making them a complete solutions provider in the industry. To identify the company’s success, German-Japanese machine tool company “DMG MORI” has strategically invested in Intech and joined their advisory panel. Some of their esteemed clientele include IIT Madras, INDO MIM, Yenepoya University, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, MRF, Bellatrix Aerospace, and more.
