IMTEX is on in its Full Glory from January 19 Onwards

The long wait is finally over with machine tool and user industries converging to celebrate human-machine interactions under one roof as in days of yore. IMTEX 2023, Tooltech 2023 & Digital Manufacturing 2023, organised by Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) is running in full bloom from January 19 untill 25, 2023 covering an exhibition space of approximate 77,000 square metres in 5 halls of Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru.
Tooltech and Digital Manufacturing are also running as concurrent shows. Tooltech is showcasing the world of parts, accessories, and systems for machine tools and manufacturing technology. Digital Manufacturing has exhibitors showcasing evolving Industry 4.0 hardware, software and solutions, additive manufacturing, and other prominent technologies.
The South and South East Asia’s largest exhibition in its 20th edition is going great guns with more than 980 exhibitors from as many as 23 countries. Germany, Korea, Spain, Taiwan, and USA are having country pavilions. Other attractions include an International Seminar on Manufacturing Technologies on 18 January, i2 Academia Pavilion with 20+ institutions including IITs participating, Jagruti, a special initiative for students on 21-22 January, Connect, an initiative for providing job opportunities to students on 22 January, and International Buyer-Seller Meet on 23-24 January.
Formed in 1946, IMTMA, is the apex body of Indian machine tool industry and plays an important role in its development through various advocacy measures. IMTMA has supported the setting up of institutions such as Advanced Machine Tool Testing Facility and Advanced Manufacturing Technology Development Centre and worked closely with the government to set up a first of its kind machine tool park in Karnataka. IMTMA has been in the forefront of skill development through its Technology Centres in Bengaluru, Pune and Gurugram. Its flagship show IMTEX is one of the leading global machine tool exhibitions.
