Lexar and Kaizen Infoserve forge an alliance to elevate the Indian market

Lexar has partnered with Bangalore-based Kaizen Infoserve as its official service partner in India, offering comprehensive repair and maintenance services for Lexar’s memory products.
Lexar, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, has named Bangalore-based Kaizen Infoserve as its official service partner in the Indian market. The move is part of Lexar’s strategy to strengthen its infrastructure in the Indian market and provide seamless service support to clients. Kaizen has a strong network of over 60 service centers around the country, including 10+ regional hubs, 40+ Kaizen Authorized Partners (KAP) locations, and 12 strategically located warehouses, providing timely product availability, improved inventory control, and quick order fulfillment.
As the storage solution business grows rapidly due to increased demand, Lexar acknowledges the importance of offering creative and dependable solutions to its customers. Kaizen will give RMA and general consultation services via email and phone. RMA service enables customers to alert a company that there are difficulties with their orders or that they just want to return an item. It enables a business to easily monitor and handle buyer swaps and refunds. Kaizen will be in charge of quickly screening and finding defects with returned products.
