Responsibility and customer focus are fundamental to Absolent, driving our commitment to assisting people on this planet. Our dedication to providing quality and innovative products remains central to our mission.
The more successful we are, the more beneficial it is for the environment – Axel Berntsson, CEO, Absolent.
We delve into the deeper impacts of minute particles on human health, such as oil mist and oil smoke present in industrial settings. Absolent’s solutions, such as Absolent Filters, aid our customers in safeguarding factory workers from exposure to harmful oil mist and smoke, significantly reducing the chances of critical respiratory and related illnesses.
Absolent facilitates companies in achieving oil mist and smoke-free machinery by integrating Absolent Filters. This integration ensures a cleaner work environment for employees within factories. Its filtration units are designed to purify air emanating from workshop machinery, capturing pollutants and releasing clean air. At the core of this process lie Absolent’s Catch & Release® filter cassettes, carefully designed to meet diverse customer requirements.
What Absolent does: We filter polluted process air from machines in your workshop. Our filtration units effectively remove oil mist, oil smoke, and dust generated during machining, turning, die casting, forming, and grinding processes. Through our commitment to high quality products and innovative, tailored solutions, we strive to deliver clean air to all.
How Absolent does it: We capture and drain oil particles, alleviating concerns. Our filtration units employ specially adapted filter cassettes to capture millions of oil particles while simultaneously draining the oil for collection or reuse in production. Additionally, a HEPA H13 filter ensures the final stage of air purification. With Absolent, filter cassette servicing or replacement is typically required only once annually.
Why Absolent does what it does: We protect health, the environment, and save your money. The polluted air poses risks to both human health and the environment. Absolent ensures cleaner, safer air, eliminating pollutants that would otherwise compromise the workspace. By doing so, we contribute to a healthier environment and help our customers save on cleaning, ventilation, and maintenance costs.Stand-alone or centralised filtration
When choosing the perfect filter unit for your workshop, Absolent takes several factors into consideration. Depending on machine dimensions, floor space, general ventilation connections, particle concentration and sizes, we figure out what works best and if it should be a stand-alone or centralised filter unit.
One filter unit constitutes one machine: Stand-alone filter units offer convenient accessibility directly on or near your machine, optimising energy consumption by minimising the distance between the machine and the filter. This flexible solution ensures that if the machine is relocated, the filter moves accordingly. Additionally, stand-alone filters keep cutting fluids separate and facilitate easy return to the machine. They are particularly advantageous in spaces with limited room and can be installed on the ceiling, wallmounted, or placed on a stand beside the machine
A single filter unit can serve multiple machines: They serve through a centralised setup connected by ducting. This arrangement allows for adjustments in total airflow, especially when not all machines are in use simultaneously. Maintenance of the filter unit can be concentrated in one area, offering convenience. It’s an optimal choice if you intend to integrate the filter with the general ventilation system to recycle heated air. With ample capacity, it can accommodate larger or multiple machines efficiently. Placement
flexibility allows it to be situated wherever there is available floor space rather than directly adjacent to each machine.
