Jaypee® ABP-30 combines all ingredients like cement, sand, admixture & aggregates to produce concrete. Concrete pumps and transit mixers transport the final product to the job site. Our automatic batching plant-30 provides concrete with perfect consistency. It has four compartments to hold sand and different grades of gravel. The aggregates are held in horizontal in-line bins with pneumatically controlled gates. The gathering conveyor belt runs below where the weighing of the aggregates takes place. The aggregates are all weighed & monitored accurately by load cells before it is fed to the PAN mixer by a skip elevator. A planetary gearbox drives the PAN-mixer to mix cement brought through a screw conveyor, admixture, and water from a storage facility at the top.
The entire recipe can be monitored and controlled remotely. The load cells on each hopper measure and detect input, prompting the operator to determine whether to activate the control of stirring sand & gravel or start a screw conveyer to bring fly ash & cement to the PAN-Mixer.
Today’s construction industry increasingly requires consistency, homogeneity and short mixing times in industrial construction, giving our concrete batching plant an edge over others in indigenisation and longevity. ABP-30 is self-loading and suitable for construction sites where there is a scarcity of labour & prevailing underfoot conditions are only ideal for earthmovers.
