Toshniwal’s flow meters for measurement

Toshniwal, one of the pioneers in upgrading industrial technology, has launched the Oval gear flow meters and V-cone flow meters for measurement.

Oval gear flow meters
The Toshniwal OV and OI series flow meters are positive displacement type meters with only two moving parts (two precision oval gears). Through magnetic coupling, the revolutions can either be sensed by magnetic-field-controlled pulse generator with a digital display or through gear train with mechanical indicators.

With a wide range of materials of construction for housing, Oval gears and bearings along with specific teeth profile for Oval gears (higher viscosities) and heat extensions enable the Toshniwal’s oval gear meter to be very versatile and accurate in most fields of application.

They have been granted the Weights & Measures Certification by the Dept. of Legal Metrology and the 100ppr Pulse generators are PESO approved.

V -cone flow meter for liquid, steam or gas flow measurement
Flow meter is an advanced differential pressure instrument, which is ideal for use with liquid, steam or gas media in rugged conditions where accuracy, low maintenance and cost are important. With its DP bV-Cone is especially useful in tight-fit and retrofit installations.
