CAREL redefines printing processes with advanced solutions at drupa 2024
By OEM Update Editorial April 26, 2024 6:45 pm
At drupa 2024, CAREL will demonstrate sophisticated solutions for managing humidity and temperature in printing processes, such as adiabatic and isothermal humidification technologies, remote monitoring, and heat recovery systems.
CAREL, The right humidity and temperature are critical components in printing processes, yet they are frequently overestimated or not well regulated. Printing requires materials that are sensitive to changes in relative humidity, which can cause dimensional deformations, loss of register, and colour fluctuations, resulting in poor print quality. CAREL will contribute to drupa both its knowledge and sophisticated solutions, such as adiabatic and isothermal humidification technologies, to efficiently regulate printing processes and ensure exceptional outcomes. CAREL will exhibit its new technologies and solutions for the industry at drupa 2024, the global print and graphics expo, from May 28 to June 7, in Düsseldorf.
In addition to humidity control technology, CAREL will showcase innovative remote monitoring solutions to enhance process operating efficiency and ensure dependable operation of the HVAC systems, through simpler access and local management of the devices, thereby avoiding downtime.
“CAREL is excited to be at drupa 2024 and present its innovative solutions for the printing sector,” commented Enrico Boscaro, CAREL Group Marketing Manager – HVAC Industrial. “We are committed to offering our customers the most innovative technologies available to improve their productivity, reduce costs and meet the strictest environmental standards.”
