Eplan L!VE brings an exclusive peek into the life of automation solutions

The Eplan Platform 2025 highlights include ease of use, greater speed in project planning and design, and support for machine cabling via pre-assembled cables. The software also includes device-specific property displays, macro previews in device management, and easier visibility of schematics through QR codes and graphics.

The latest episode of Eplan L!VE focuses on bringing production to life. The worldwide online event, airing live from Sweden this time, will focus on production: system integrator Sejfo and Eplan specialists will explain how the Swedish firm is driving development through the use of the Eplan platform. This can also serve as a call to action for other firms looking to bring their production to life, i.e. make it more efficient.

After its successful premiere last year, the online event Eplan L!VE is having a second go of it. This time it will be a live report from the factory floor at Sejfo, a Swedish system integrator and supplier of machines and automation systems.

During the two-and-a-half-hour live webcast, Sejfo and Eplan will demonstrate how the automation technology of a new production facility was created from the initial planning stage to continuing operations. Initial plant planning involves defined plant requirements and organised engineering. Basic and detailed engineering are based on data from mechanical engineering, panel building, and control cabinet engineering.
