Hikrobot introduces the QF-1000 forklift robot and Vision Solutions at Automation Expo 2024

The company introduced its Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000, a lightweight, flexible forklift designed for low-floor load-bearing scenarios.
Hikrobot exhibited its latest machine vision products and mobile robots at the 17th Automation Expo in Mumbai, showcasing cutting-edge technology and intelligent solutions. Hikrobot has released its latest product, the Forklift Latent Mobile Robot QF-1000, in India for the first time. It also showed a wrenching AMR demonstration on the show floor. The event will take place from August 21 to 24 at the BEC in Goregaon, Mumbai. The event was opened by the Chief Guest, Subramanian Sarma, President (energy) and Member of the Board, Larsen & Turbo, who was joined by several leaders from the Indian automation industry. Hikrobot serves industry and logistics customers and is committed to promoting and leading intelligent manufacturing.

The Forklift Latent Mobile Robot is a lightweight, flexible forklift designed for low-floor load-bearing scenarios. It supports narrow roadway picking and putaway, increasing moving speed by 25 percent to increase reservoir capacity. The robot also offers 360° safety protection, device status indication via screen, status indicator, and speaker, and Wi-Fi communication for seamless roaming in network-covered areas. It is suitable for various carriers and supports various types of carriers.
HIKROBOT F-7 2000 TUGGING AMR is the latest addition to HIKROBOT’s product portfolio in India. These robots are available for natural navigation. These robots support automatic hooking and unhooking. These TUGGING AMR load capacities are 2000 KG. It can move with high precision and 5 mm accuracy.The Hikrobot booth showcased products including an AI smart camera based on a high-performance embedded platform (MV-SC6000), a built-in deep learning code reading algorithm (MV-ID3000XM), a new generation of control and processing equipment for visual inspection (VC2000/VC3000 Controller) and a hand-held smart code reader (IDH3013). The machine vision solutions that were put on display at the Automation Expo included both static DWS and dynamic DWS, smart vision sensors, RSC (Robot Control System) software, machine vision products and accessories, line scanning cameras, vision master software, machine vision light products, sequential light inspection, smart code readers, large-field smart code readers, handheld barcode readers, parcel tracking solutions, intelligent AMR products, FMR, CTU, and CMR, and an accessory platform.
Hikrobot Machine Vision products, including smart cameras and photoelectric sensors, were displayed for automation industry professionals. Another highlight of Automation Expo 2024 was the carefully curated conference program, which included themes of CEO Conference, Process Automation, Robotics, and Factory Automation. The Hikrobot booth at the Automation Expo got a good response from the relevant visitors and delegates. The show attracted visitors and automation industry stakeholders from across India.
