Upasani Industrial Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd manufactures chilling systems for industries requiring extraction of heat produced in industrial production using chilled water or chilled air.
 
Our products
Water chillers: The chiller comes installed with imported hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor with high EER (for 3 TR and above) and Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) as evaporator. The PHE’s have a very high heat transfer efficiency resulting in substantial savings in electrical energy. The equipment are easy to operate and have sophisticated electrical and refrigeration controls to safeguard the compressor. The temperatures are monitored by a digital controller, which shuts off the compressor when the desired temperature is achieved. The system is protected by fault diagnosing system.
 
Brine chillers: The applications of these types are for specific purpose, testing or production and are widely used in majority of the industries like chemical plants, lab reactor vessels, glass glazing and the like. Presently the company is manufacturing these chillers for maintaining temperatures up to -30°C.
 
Chemical cooling plants: This is a technologically advanced chiller for chemical cooling to cool down viscous or acidic liquids to the desired temperature. The biggest advantage in this system is the elimination of cumbersome water pipes in the process tank, resulting in increased production space. The unit is easy to operate and has sophisticated electrical and refrigeration controls to safeguard the compressor.
